Possums are protected native animals, so they need to be handled gently and released close to where they were caught — usually within 25 to 50 metres. Moving a possum further than that separates it from its den and food sources, and it rarely survives. Our team handles the capture and release for you, with the animal's welfare in mind at every step.

We release possums within their home range, typically within 50 metres of the capture site, so they stay in familiar territory. We recommend installing a possum box to give them a safe, alternative home away from your roof.

Costs vary based on the complexity of the removal and the extent of proofing required. We provide transparent pricing and upfront quotes. Contact us for a detailed assessment of your property.
